Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 egg yolks
    1 1/2 lb. sugar
    1/2 rye or bourbon
    1 pt. rum
    1 pt. brandy
    2 qt. milk
    1 qt. table cream
Preparation
    Beat the yolks.
    Add the sugar and beat.
    Add the rye or bourbon, rum and brandy.
    Add the milk and table cream.
    Just before serving, fold in the beaten egg whites.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg. Serves 20.
