Strawberry Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed pretzels
2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. melted margarine
8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
9 oz. carton Cool Whip
2 c. hot water
2/3 c. sugar
6 oz. pkg. strawberry Jell-O
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
Preparation

Cream the cheese and sugar together.
Fold in Cool Whip and spread over pretzel mix; seal edges.
Refrigerate.
Mix Jell-O in hot water and add strawberries, stirring to defrost.
Refrigerate until it begins to thicken. Mix well and pour over cheese mixture. Serves 12.
