Chicken Marsala(Yields 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken fillets
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 small chopped onion
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. hot chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    flour
    1/4 c. dry Marsala wine
Preparation
    Heat oil in frying pan.
    Saute garlic until golden.
    Add onions and heat until transparent.
    Add sliced mushrooms; cook until slightly tender.
    Lightly pepper each side of fillet. (Sprinkle meat with flour on both sides; this will thicken the broth.)
    Saute both sides until meat is cooked.
    Add chicken broth with Parmesan cheese and cook until liquid thickens.
    When liquid broth is consistency of gravy, add Marsala wine and lower heat to slow simmer for 5 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
