Curried Yogurt Sauce(For Broiled Fish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. yogurt
2 tsp. parsley, minced
1 1/2 tsp. fresh dill, minced
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. tamari soy sauce
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients together in the order given.
Broil fish until just tender.
Place 1 tablespoon of curried yogurt sauce on top of each serving of fish.
Broil fish a minute longer.
Remove fish to serving platter.
Serve remaining sauce in separate container.
