Beef Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. thick and chunky picante sauce
    1 large can chopped green chilies
    1 c. Colby-Jack cheese
    10 to 12 medium flour tortillas
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Saute onion.
    Brown beef and drain.
    Combine onion, beef, picante and chilies.
    Put spoonful in center of tortilla and sprinkle with cheese.
    Brown on both sides on griddle or on cookie sheet in the oven.
