Broccoli Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flank steak, cut diagonally
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    grated ginger
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Marinate meat in mixture.
    Saute 4 cups cut-up broccoli over high heat, stir-frying 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add a few drops of water to prevent sticking.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 1 tablespoon oil and stir-fry marinated meat until partially cooked.
    Turn down heat; add broccoli and gravy.
