Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 ears fresh corn (cut off small and scrape cob)
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3 Tbsp. sugar (scant)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Beat eggs with sugar; add milk, salt and corn.
    Pour into buttered casserole.
    Dot with butter.
    Place in 350\u00b0
    oven and cook until thick and golden, approximately 45 minutes.
