Keftethes(Greek Meatballs) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium onions, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. mint leaf
1/4 c. butter
1 c. toast crumbs
1 c. water
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine and shape into small balls the meat, onions, mint, crumbs, water, salt and pepper.
Strain tomatoes and chop coarse and put on meatballs.
Dot each with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
