Ham Yam Logs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained and cut in chunks
    1 medium banana, sliced
    1/4 c. pineapple preserves
    4 1/4-inch thick ham slices
    3 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In medium size bowl, gently mix together sweet potatoes, banana and pineapple preserves, being careful not to mash.
    Spoon mixture onto ham slices, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll and secure with toothpick.
    Melt butter in a large skillet; add ham yam logs and cook over medium-low heat until heated through.
