Gorgonzola Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, chopped
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped fine (red or Vidalia)
    1/4 c. celery, diced
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    6 Tbsp. vinegar (cider or balsamic)
    salt and pepper
    garlic
    2 quartered tomatoes
    1/2 c. or more Gorgonzola cheese, broken
Preparation
    Combine and refrigerate: lettuce, diced green pepper, onion (chopped fine) and diced celery.
