Barbecued Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 onion, chopped fine
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Add 1/2 can tomato sauce, mixing well.
Place mixture in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish and shape into a loaf.
Combine remaining tomato sauce and remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl and pour over loaf.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
