Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) jar Russian dressing
1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/4 c. water
pineapple (to garnish)
4 to 6 chicken breasts
Preparation

Arrange chicken in baking dish.
Mix in bowl the Russian dressing, apricot preserves, soup mix and water.
Pour mixture over chicken and then cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Garnish with pineapple.
Cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes more.
Serve over rice.
