Sweet And Sour Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. spinach
    1/2 lb. bean sprouts
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    2/3 c. oil
    1/3 c. catsup, red wine vinegar, sugar and finely chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Wash and spin dry spinach.
    Remove large stems and break into bite size pieces.
