Lemonade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. finely grated lemon peel
water
1 1/2 c. lemon juice (8 to 10 lemons)
ice cubes
Preparation

Into a 1-quart can with tight fitting lid, put sugar and lemon peel.
Add 1 1/2 cups very hot water.
With lid fitted tightly, shake jar until sugar is dissolved; add lemon juice.
