Red Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. allspice
    dash of pepper
    1 c. uncooked whole rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. tomato paste
    about 4 c. hot water
    2 bouillon cubes (any flavor)
Preparation
    Put the first 6 ingredients into a 2-quart pan.
    Add hot water and bring to a boil.
    Stir often.
    Cook 20 minutes, uncovered, until water is gone and rice is tender.
    If not, add more water and cook until tender.
