Homemade Soup With Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour (approximately)
    chicken or beef broth with meat
Preparation
    Combine egg, milk and salt.
    Add enough flour to make a stiff dough (about 1 cup).
    Roll very thin on floured surface; let stand 20 minutes.
    Slice 1/4-inch strips; let dry about 2 hours.
    Drop into boiling soup and cook uncovered about 10 minutes.
    Makes 3 cups cooked noodles.
