Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 graham cracker sq., crushed
    2 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1/4 c. sugar substitute
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 egg yolks
    1 tsp. skim milk
Preparation
    Blend together cracker crumbs and peanut butter.
    Add sugar substitute and baking powder.
    Add egg yolks and milk; mix well. Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Yield:
    8 cookies.
    Carbohydrate 9.2 g, protein 2.5 g, fat 4.6 g, calories 88.
    One cookie = 1/2 bread exchange, 1 fat exchange.
