Blueberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. blueberries

Preparation

Cream shortening, sugar and eggs until fluffy.
Mix dry ingredients.
Add to first mixture alternately with milk and vanilla.
Sweeten blueberries with some of the sugar; set aside.
