Venison Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium-size venison round steak
    1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 can Franco-American beef and mushroom gravy
    1/4 c. red wine (optional)
Preparation
    Salt and pepper steaks and cut into serving pieces.
    Flour lightly and brown in oil.
    Drain off excess oil.
    Layer meat, green pepper, onions and mushrooms in skillet or baking dish. Cover with gravy and wine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 or 2 hours or until meat is tender.
