Potato Toss - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. cooked potato slices
1 (8 oz.) buttermilk reduced-calorie dressing
1 c. broccoli flowerets
1/2 c. celery slices
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. thin carrot slices
1/2 c. cooked peas, chilled
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix lightly.
Chill in refrigerator to mix flavors.
Serve in lettuce lined bowl.
