Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 orange
    1 medium banana, diced
    1/2 c. drained, crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. diced maraschino cherries
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1/4 c. sliced, toasted almonds
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. cream, whipped
Preparation
    Peel and section orange; cut in small pieces.
    Combine fruits, celery and nuts.
    Mix mayonnaise and cream.
    Fold in fruit.
    Turn in shallow refrigerator freezing tray and freeze, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Cut in squares and serve on lettuce.
