Pan Broiled Liver Slices With Soy Sauce(Servings: 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

200 grams liver (beef, pork or chicken), sliced
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 Tbsp. Japanese rice wine
1/2 stalk green onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (3 cm) ginger, minced
1 small hot red pepper, minced
1 tsp. sesame seed
1 pinch oil (for broiling)
Preparation

Slice the liver thin and drain well after soaking it for 20 minutes.
Mince green onion, garlic, ginger and red pepper. Combine seasonings for them.
Marinate the above together for 30 minutes.
Pan broil over medium heat on both sides.
Place lettuce leaves on the plate and boiled liver in the center of it.
