Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped or thinly sliced celery
    3 c. cooked rice (white or brown)
    1/2 c. cooked meat or poultry, cut into bits
    1/2 c. cooked vegetables (leftovers work great)
    lite soy sauce to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a skillet.
    Saute the onions and celery for a few minutes.
    Add rice; stir to separate kernels.
    Add the meat and vegetables.
    Cook, stirring just enough to heat through. Sprinkle with soy sauce, if desired.
    Yields 3 to 4 servings.
