Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. sausage
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown sausage in large skillet and crumble into small pieces and set aside.
    In the same skillet, pour in oil, flour, salt and pepper.
    Heat on medium-high heat until bubbly, stirring constantly.
    Add milk and stir until thick.
    If too thick, add more milk.
