Pork Fried Rice(Serves 6 To 10 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. pork, diced
    onions
    fresh garlic
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt
    4 c. instant Minute rice
    6 eggs
    soy sauce
    1 can mushrooms (if you like them)
Preparation
    Brown pork in frying pan with onions and garlic.
    Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Cook rice in a separate pan.
    When cooked, mix rice and meat together in a large kettle. Scramble eggs in a separate frying pan.
    When done, mix with rice and meat and add soy sauce to taste.
    Add mushrooms.
