Turkey - Creole Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced cooked turkey
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    garlic salt
    bay leaf
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 c. rice, cooked
    1 can (10 oz.) mushroom gravy
    1/2 c. drained, cooked tomatoes
Preparation
    In saucepan cook onion, pepper, garlic and bay leaf in oleo until pepper is tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except rice.
    Heat.
    Remove bay leaf and serve over rice.
    Yields 4 servings.
