Salmon Chowder(Or Corn Chowder) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 potatoes
    1 large onion
    1 large can salmon (15 1/2 oz.)
    1 large can evaporated milk (low-fat may be used)
    2% or whole milk (1 salmon can full)
    butter or margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Creamed corn may be substituted for salmon.
