Parsley Tators And Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chops
    medium sized potatoes
    parsley flakes
    butter
    salt and pepper
    water
Preparation
    In at least 2-inch deep pan to use for broiling, place chops (your normal serving) then peel and quarter potatoes all around the chops.
    Slice butter.
    Put at least 1 slice on each chop, then at random on potatoes.
    Pour about 1/2 cup of water in pan. Sprinkle parsley in a medium coat over all. Salt and pepper to taste. Then bake at 375\u00b0 for around 45 minutes. Taters will be soft.
