Grilled Skewered Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. parsley
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 lb. fresh shrimp, cleaned and deveined
Preparation
    Roll cleaned shrimp in olive oil, then in bread crumbs with the parsley, garlic and cloves (3 cloves is not too much!).
    Place shrimp on skewers (if using bamboo skewers, be sure to dampen them first).
    Chill until ready to grill.
    Grill quickly and enjoy. Allow about 8 shrimp per person.
