Applesauce Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. applesauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. thin cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat the egg; mix with dry ingredients.
    Add the applesauce and cream.
    Line a pie plate with your favorite pastry.
    Pour in the mixture.
    Bake in a moderate oven (350\u00b0) as you would a custard.
