Butter Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 lb. butter (not margarine)
    6 eggs
    4 c. plain flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine sugar and butter.
    Cream until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add flour to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
    Stir in flavorings. Pour batter into a well greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
