Ooey Gooey Butter Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    1 egg, beaten
    1 stick butter (1/2 c.), softened
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 stick butter (1/2 c.), softened
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 box powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix together with a pastry blender the first 3 ingredients. Press into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Beat together remaining ingredients and pour over crumb mixture.
    Sprinkle with chopped pecans, if desired.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
