Fresh Pork Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 lb. lean and 11 lb. fat or 10 lb. lean and 10 lb. fat meat (20 lb. meat)
    5 Tbsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. black pepper
    4 Tbsp. sage
    1 Tbsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Mix well with meat and grind.
