Steak Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
    pepper (if desired)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Heat skillet; press meat into patties to about 1/2 to 1-inch thickness.
    Put in skillet.
    Brown both sides.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add a can of cream of mushroom soup and the same amount of water.
    Cover and let simmer 20 minutes.
    You cannot tell this from steak.
