Mexican Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. sour cream
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    10 green onions, chopped
    1 pkg. grated or shredded Cheddar cheese
    10 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients and spread on tortillas (spread thickly and to edges).
    Roll up tortilla.
    Refrigerate overnight in airtight container or wrap individually in plastic wrap.
    They will keep for days.
