7 Minute Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. cold water
2 egg whites
2 tsp. syrup
vanilla

Preparation

Put all together in double boiler and beat at high speed while boiling.
Continue to beat for 7 minutes. Makes enough for a large angel food cake. Does not store well.
Use immediately
if possible.
