Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) lemon jello or lime
1 c. hot water
3/4 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
dash of hot sauce
1/8 tsp. salt
paprika and/or celery salt
2 c. cabbage, carrots, celery, bell pepper and onion
12 stuffed olives, chopped
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add cold water, vinegar and seasonings.
Chop, cut or grate any combination of fresh vegetables.
Add to jello mixture plus olives.
Chill.
Serve on lettuce with salad dressing.
