Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and cornmeal.
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Mix with dry ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients and pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until firm.
