Whipped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, cut in quarters
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1 c. grated Cheddar or Swiss cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water with 1/2 teaspoon salt until tender, about 20 minutes.
    Drain.
    Beat potatoes with 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, milk and butter until fluffy.
    Place in a 2-quart baking dish.
