Hot Cranberry Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooking apples, chopped and peeled
2 c. cranberries
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. quick cooking oats (uncooked)
1 c. pecans
1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Layer apples and cranberries in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice and spoon sugar over fruit. Set aside.
Combine oats, pecans, brown sugar and butter.
Stir until ingredients are moistened and mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle over fruit.
Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve warm, topped with vanilla ice cream.
