Pasta Macaroni And Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 head cauliflower
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. onion
    2 basil leaves
    salt and pepper
    pasta (for mixture to be served on top)
Preparation
    Heat oil, place cuts of cauliflower in olive oil and brown lightly.
    Remove when brown, saute onion.
    Add tomato sauce.
    Stir and replace cauliflower into pot.
    Stir and add 3 cans of water (from tomato can).
    Water should cover cauliflower in pot.
    Add salt and pepper and basil leaves.
    Cook until cauliflower is tender, 45 minutes to 1 hour, on low heat with cover on.
    Pour over pasta.
