Party Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

20 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
3 egg whites, beaten until fluffy
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix first three ingredients together and set aside.
Mix everything together.
Pour into pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Let cool.
May be topped with Cool Whip and chocolate chips if desired.
