Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2/3 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together in 1-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
