Impossible Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in electric blender container or mixer bowl.
    Blend at low speed for 3 minutes or beat at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Let stand about 5 minutes, then sprinkle with coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
