Schubert'S Cranberry Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cranberries
    3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. milk
    1 c. cream
    1/2 c. finely chopped black walnuts
Preparation
    Cook cranberries in 2 cups water for 10 minutes, or until berries pop.
    Press through sieve.
    Combine cranberry juice, sugar and lemon juice; stir in milk.
    Add walnuts.
    Place in freezer. Freeze until firm, stirring occasionally.
