Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine or salad oil
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    6 c. water
    6 bouillon cubes
    8 oz. fine egg noodles (4 c.)
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 pkg. (10 oz.) chopped broccoli (frozen)
    6 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    4 c. (1 lb.) processed American cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion 3 minutes.
    Add water and bouillon cubes and heat to boiling until cubes dissolve.
    Gradually add noodles and salt. Cook 3 minutes (boiling).
    Stir in broccoli and garlic powder. Cook 4 minutes more; add milk, cheese and pepper.
    Cook until cheese melts.
    Can be frozen for 1 month; heat in double boiler.
