Pronto Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp. yellow corn meal
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. wieners
cooking oil (for deep-frying)

Preparation

Heat cooking oil to 375\u00b0. Blend egg and milk. Stir in dry ingredients. Dip wieners in batter. Fry until golden brown (about 2 to 3 minutes on each side). To reheat, place in 400\u00b0 oven about 5 minutes.
