Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. Crisco
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
few drops butternut flavoring (optional)
1 c. blueberries
Preparation

Cut first 3 ingredients together until coarse like meal.
Add milk, egg and flavoring to flour mixture; mix.
Fold in blueberries.
Fill greased muffin tin 3/4 full.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until brown.
Makes 12 muffins.
