Lasagna Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    4 cloves garlic, pressed
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to box directions. Squeeze out excess water after cooled. Add Ricotta cheese, garlic, 1 cup Mozzarella, eggs and Parmesan. Mix well. Place large spoonful of mixture on one end of a cooked noodle and sprinkle rest of noodle with Mozzarella cheese. Roll up with spinach mixture in center. Place on side in sprayed 9 x 13 dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Cover and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. Uncover and cook an additional 10 minutes.
