Celery Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. water
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
    1/4 c. milk
    2 c. cooked medium noodles
    1/2 c. grated process American cheese
    1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Cook beef in large skillet until well browned.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add celery and water; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until celery is tender-crisp.
    Stir in soup and milk.
    Add noodles and cheese.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Turn into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Top with potato chips.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
